How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings and large celebrations, 3-4 months notice is ideal to ensure availability and proper planning time.

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely! Our packages are starting points. We can add or adjust services to perfectly match your needs and budget. Contact us to discuss a custom quote.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Valley Stream, NY, and serve the greater New York area and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Do you provide rentals?

We coordinate with trusted rental vendors and can source furniture, linens, tableware, and decor items as part of our service. Rental costs are separate from styling fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date within 12 months. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a 50% refund of payments beyond the deposit.
