At Shexlyoncharxrel, we provide event styling and party planning services. Since our services are time-sensitive and customized to each client, our return and refund policy differs from traditional product-based businesses. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications to booked services.
Service Deposits
When you book our event styling services, a deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit covers initial planning time, design work, and holds your date exclusively for you.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Deposits can be transferred to a new event date within 12 months of the original booking
- Deposit amounts typically range from 30% to 50% of the total service fee
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is structured based on how much notice you provide:
Cancellations 60+ Days Before Event
- Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event within 12 months
- Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full
- You must provide written notice of cancellation via email
Cancellations 30-60 Days Before Event
- Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
- 50% of any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded
- This reflects the planning work already completed and lost opportunity to book another event
Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Event
- No refunds will be issued
- All payments made are non-refundable
- At this stage, significant planning and vendor coordination has been completed
Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your event when possible:
- First rescheduling request is free if made 45+ days before the original event date
- Rescheduling requests made less than 45 days before the event may incur a fee
- The new event date must be within 12 months of the original date
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Additional rescheduling requests beyond the first may incur fees
Service Modifications
Changes to your service package or event details:
- Minor modifications can be made up to 21 days before the event at no charge
- Significant changes to scope or services may require contract amendments and additional fees
- Reductions in service scope made less than 30 days before the event will not result in refunds
- Additions to services are subject to availability and may incur rush fees if requested close to the event date
Refund Processing
When refunds are applicable:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control
Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of events beyond our control:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions may necessitate event cancellation
- In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund all payments except costs already incurred for your event
- We are not liable for any indirect costs or damages resulting from force majeure cancellations
Venue and Third-Party Vendor Policies
Please note:
- Venue rental fees and third-party vendor services have their own cancellation policies
- We are not responsible for refunds from venues or vendors
- We recommend reviewing all vendor contracts and considering event insurance
- Cancellation of our services does not automatically cancel vendor contracts
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your booking or request a refund:
- Send a written cancellation request to info@shexlyoncharxrel.world
- Include your name, event date, and booking reference number
- Clearly state your reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and next steps
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.
