Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Shexlyoncharxrel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Shexlyoncharxrel provides event styling and party planning services, including but not limited to:

• Birthday party styling and coordination
• Baby shower planning and design
• Proposal experience creation
• Intimate wedding styling
• Custom event design and coordination

Booking and Payment

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement and is typically 30-50% of the total service fee.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the event date. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

Additional Costs

Service fees do not include rental items, floral arrangements, or third-party vendor services unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. These costs will be billed separately or paid directly to vendors.

Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date within 12 months.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of payments beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 45 days in advance. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your event, venue, and requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure venue access and necessary permissions are secured
• Inform us of any changes to event details as soon as possible
• Respect our team members and vendor partners

Our Responsibilities

Shexlyoncharxrel commits to:

• Provide professional event styling and planning services as outlined in your service agreement
• Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the planning process
• Arrive on time for setup and coordination
• Use reasonable care in handling your event details

Limitation of Liability

Shexlyoncharxrel is not liable for:

• Venue-related issues, including access restrictions, power outages, or facility problems
• Third-party vendor failures or delays
• Weather-related disruptions to outdoor events
• Damage to personal property not caused by our negligence
• Injuries to guests or attendees

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Shexlyoncharxrel remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph events and use images for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
